At United Wholesale Liquidation all sales are final and returns or customer disputes are handled on a case by case basis. For every customer dispute, you must present a valid proof of purchase including a receipt issued by United Wholesale Liquidation with your name on it and have a valid form of identification that is not expired to present. It is important to also understand that because United Wholesale Liquidation offers liquidated pallets damaged items are a normal part of purchasing pallets. United Wholesale Liquidation does not offer any guarantee on product quality, return of investment of individual sales online and in person, and does not guarantee any level of quality of the products and services at this time. United Wholesale Liquidation works with customers on a case by case basis to offer superior customer service and experience but United Wholesale Liquidation does not guarantee anything at this time with it’s products, shipping, and services.
